Takes donations in the form of money or credits in exchange for Philanthropist Points.
Once the donation total reaches $4,000,0000, the server will receive an exp boost for 1 hour.
Donations can be made towards either Arceus (Pokemon Exp), Kyogre (Fishing Exp) or Diancie (Mining Exp).
Each $400 donated rewards 1 PP (for credit donations, 1 credit = $2,000).
Located on the south-east side of Vermilion City.
